Man Claims Glaxo Drug Made Him Gay Sex Addict, Says Report – Health Blog – CBS News


A man in France is suing Glaxo Smith Kline – a maker of a drug that is designed to treated Parkinsons disease.  He claims that the drug made him a cross dressing gay sex addict, and a compulsive internet gambler.  He is a married father of two children.  He claims that the behaviour started after he started taking the medication, and stopped once he had quit taking it.  He is suing his neurologist as well.

The drug maker – does have a warning that in rare cases, people have reacted similarly including gambling, and other compulsive behaviours, along with increased sexual urges, and unusual desires.
